The Presidential motorcade stopped briefly in Seal Beach as Los Angeles County patrol car guard passed escort duties to Orange County police officials for a forty mile trip through the county on a coast highway lined with throngs of cheering crowds and patriotic decorations. Accompanying President Roosevelt on the motor trip was Senator McAdoo and his wife.
